• 14 gauge cold rolled steel construction with a five-stage state-of-the art metal pretreatment anti-corrosion protection system and is finished with a super durable black polyester powder coat.
• Doors are horizontally hinged and constructed of 14 gauge cold rolled steel, with a 14 gauge cold rolled steel inner stiffener.
• Welds are full arc welds, no spot welds.
• Door is attached to the hull of the box with stainless steel pillow block type hinges with self-lubricating bushings and 5/16” stainless steel hinge pins.
• Hinges are welded to the box.
• Door is held in the open position with heavy-duty machine chains.
• Chains are easily detachable to drop door down to 180°.
• Top panel of the box forms a drip rail over the door.
• A full size, stainless steel paddle handle rotary latch is recessed into the door of the box.
• Two keys are furnished per box.
• Doors can be closed with the latch in the locked position.
• Ribbed D-Bulb seal is installed in a recessed channel that runs the full perimeter of the door
• opening.
• Door has a formed knife edge on all 4 sides that contacts the seal when the door is closed.
